Gold Rate Today 24th December 2024: There is a rise in gold prices today on Tuesday. Even in the domestic market, gold was seen trading in the green. On Wednesday, gold for delivery on February 5, 2025 was seen trading at Rs 76,319 per 10 grams with a rise of 0.23 per cent or Rs 175 on the MCX exchange. Earlier on Monday, gold had closed with gains in the domestic spot market. In the national capital Delhi on Monday, the price of 24 carat gold increased by Rs 570 to close at Rs 78,700 per 10 grams. At the same time, the price of 22 carat gold increased by Rs 570 on Monday and closed at Rs 78,300 per 10 grams.

Domestic futures prices of silver also saw a rise on Tuesday. On the MCX exchange, silver for delivery on March 5, 2025 was seen trading at Rs 89,452 per kg with a rise of 0.37 per cent or $ 334 today. There was a huge rise in silver prices in the domestic spot market on Monday. Silver jumped by Rs 1,850 to close at Rs 90,000 per kg due to increased demand from industrial units and coin makers.

Globally, gold prices have seen a rise on Tuesday. On the commodity market i.e. Comex, gold was seen trading at $ 2632.40 an ounce with an increase of 0.16 percent or $ 4.20. At the same time, the global spot price of gold was seen trading at $ 2620.17 per ounce with an increase of 0.29 percent or $ 7.61.
