Samsung galaxy update: Samsung Has officially declared the date of rollout of One UI 7 update.
This update will be available for selected Galaxy Devices from 7 April 2025. The company said that it would be a stable version, which has already gone through a beta testing.
Which devices will get updates?
One UI 7 will first come on Galaxy S24 Series, Galaxy Z Fold6 and Z Flip6. After this, this update will be given to Galaxy S23 Series, S23 Fe, Z Fold5, Z Flip5, Galaxy Tab S10 and Tab S9.
The rollout will be in a phased manner and other qualified devices will also be included in the coming weeks.
Special features of One UI 7
New Design: Samsung has focused on making UI more simple, effective and emotional. Home screen and One UI widgets have been given a new look, which will make the interface look more comfortable and attractive.
Now Bar: Real-time updates on the lock screen will show. Without unlocking the phone, users will be able to access fitness tracking, music and other notifications.
AI Select: If a user is watching the video, he can save it as GIF by tapping on ‘AI Select’ from Edge Panel.
Writing Assist: This will allow the text to automatically format and somorize, which will help users to write better content.
Drawing Assist: This feature will help create innovative drawings from the combination of text, image and sketch, which will make creativity easier for users.
Audio Eraser: To make video editing easier, this tool will allow the removal of unwanted noise by recognizing different sound categories.
Some features are still left
However, features such as Now Brief and Call Transcript present in Galaxy S25 Series are not currently included in One UI 7 update. It is not clear whether Samsung will release them through any update in future.
