Canara Bank may initially recruit Associates posts, but MD-CEO Raju said that we have prepared a promotion policy for the associates. Under this policy, these associates will be able to reach the officer level by giving promotion test in 3 years.

From the perspective of expansion, which areas of bank retail are focusing on? On this, Raju said that the housing will be the main area, where the loan book is seeing a 14 percent increase. This is followed by vehicle and education loan number. The bank will give priority to both these areas. He said that with the Prime Minister Vidyalakshmi Portal, we are focusing very aggressively on education loans.
