Process to book general tickets from UTS app
First of all you have to download the UTS app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Now create and register an account through your mobile number. Choose one mode from booking mode like journey, quick booking, platform tickets, season tickets or QR booking. Select the book and travel (paperless) option. With this you will not need to take the ticket print and you can show TTE digital tickets in mobile phones itself. Now you have to enter the name of the departure and arrival station. Click on Get Fare and fill the information sought. For payment, select one option from UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Rwallet or Net Banking. Click on the book ticket. Select the payment option and complete the payment. Your general class ticket will be successfully booked as soon as the payment is made.

Keep in mind that with the book and travel (paperless) option, you will not be able to book tickets by staying near the railway station or railway line. For this, you have to book tickets before reaching the railway station. If you want, you can book tickets at home.
