How to activate NPS account
To reactivate the frozen account, you will have to fill the UOS-S10-A form. You will easily get this form in the post office. Apart from this, you can also get this form from the bank where your NPS account is opened. You can also download the form online.
After filling the form, the subscriber will have to attach a copy of the PRAN card.
Along with this, the account holder will have to deposit the annual outstanding amount and pay a penalty of Rs 100 per year.
After the application form is submitted it will be verified by the officer.

How to activate account from NPS website
You visit the NPS website (https://www.indiapost.gov.in/Financial/pages/content/nps.aspx).
Now log in with your PRAN number and password.
After this click on My account.
Now you select the option of Unfreeze account.
After this you have to fill all the required information and pay the late fee.
Your account will be activated after payment.
