India changing in global tech hub, MWC 2025 will boost innovation: Union Minister

New Delhi, 1 March (IANS). India is rapidly turning into a global technology hub and taking part in the Mobile World Congress (MWC) on a large scale will promote innovation. The Union Minister of Communications, Jyotiraditya Scindia made this statement on Saturday.

MWC 2025 is the world’s largest technology and telecommunication event. It will be held between 3–6 March in Barcelona, ​​Spain. Scindia can represent India in this event.

Scindia said, “India is rapidly turning into a global technology hub. Our association with international partners in events like Mobile World Congress is important for accelerating innovation and strengthening digital infrastructure.”

India Mobile Congress is a platform that will highlight the country’s innovation ecosystem to the world. In this event, the country’s leading telecom companies and innovators will showcase their state -of -the -art progress and sustainable solutions.

38 Indian telecom equipment manufacturers will display their production in the Indian pavilion. This will include both hardware and software.

Scindia further said that I am eager to exchange ideas with global experts and discuss opportunities for cooperation in mobile and telecom sector.

In this visit, Union Minister will also hold talks with leaders of the global industry, policy makers and innovators to know the state -of -the -art development in 5G, AI (Artificial Intelligence), 6G, Quantum and next generation of mobile technology.

India’s participation in the Mobile World Congress 2025 in Barcelona is expected to come together by top officials, visionary and innovators around the world, which will provide strategic cooperation, exchange of knowledge and a platform to showcase India’s technical leadership.
