New Delhi. India and Britain have agreed to the free trade agreement. Under this, the tariff will now be removed from many products and services. With this agreement, new business opportunities will open between countries with two big economies of the world, the economic relations between the two countries will be strengthened. Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi has termed it a historical achievement. Modi said that this historic agreement will make a widespread strategic partnership between India and Britain and we will promote trade, investment, development, employment generation and innovation in both economies. Modi spoke to Britain’s Prime Minister Kir Stmper and also invited him to come to India.

Modi also posted in this regard on his social media account. He wrote, he was very happy to talk to his friend Kir Stmper of Britain. As a historical achievement, India and U.K. Has successfully concluded a double contribution conference along with an ambitious and mutually beneficial free trade agreement. I am eager to welcome Prime Minister Starmer to India soon.

On the other hand, the British PM Kir Stmper has also posted in this regard on its social media. He wrote, today Britain has agreed to a historic trade agreement with India.
