These IPOs will be launched
Among the IPOs that will be launched this trading week, the first is the Gala Precision Engineering IPO. It is opening on September 2. The price band for this IPO is Rs 503-529. The last date for bidding will be September 4. Apart from this, there is the Jayyam Global Foods IPO. Jayyam Global Foods’ IPO is also the first issue to come on Dalal Street on September 2. Its price band is Rs 59-61 per share. Its last date for bidding is also September 4. After this, there is the Naturewings Holidays IPO, which will open for bidding from September 3 and close on September 5. The price band for this is fixed at Rs 74 per share.
Apart from this, investors can try their hand in MAC Conference and Events IPO. It will open for bidding on September 4 and close on September 6. The price band for this is Rs 214-225 per share. Similarly, Namo Waste Management IPO will also open on September 4 and close on September 6. The price band for this is Rs 80-85 per share.
Shares of these companies will be listed
This week, solar cell and solar panel manufacturer Premier Energies will be the first to be listed on BSE and NSE on September 3. Participants in this bid will get shares in their demat accounts by September 2. The final issue price has been fixed at Rs 450 per share. Chauffeur-driven car rental service provider Ecos India Mobility and Hospitality will finalize the basis of allotment of IPO shares by September 2 and its shares will be listed on the stock exchanges on September 4. Also, trading in market style retail shares will also start from September 6 this week.
In the grey market for trading in IPO shares till listing, Premier Energies shares were trading at double the issue price of Rs 450 per share, while Ecos India Mobility shares were available at about 45 per cent premium to the upper price band and Style Bazaar shares attracted about 25-30 per cent premium. From the SME segment, Indian Phosphates, Videl Systems and J B Laminations will be listed on NSE Emerge on September 3, while trading in Paramatrix Technologies and Aeron Composites shares will begin on NSE Emerge from September 4, reported Money Control. Travels & Rentals will begin on BSE SME on September 5, followed by Boss Packaging Solutions shares to be listed on NSE Emerge on September 6.
