All facilities related to railway help will be available on Swarel app itself
IRCTC (Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation) has launched a new Swarail app for the convenience of railway passengers. However, this mobile app is currently in testing mode on Android and will soon be available to all mobile users. Through this app, the railway passengers will not only be able to book reserve tickets but also book platform tickets along with unreserved tickets. Let us tell you that now railway passengers have to use different mobile apps to book reserves and unrestrained tickets. Currently, unreserved tickets can be booked only on UTS app.
Train and passenger will get all facilities on the same app
On the Swarel app, passengers will not only get their train but will easily get all the facilities related to the entire journey. On the Swarel app, you can get information about all trains, their routes, timings and stoppage running on a route. On this mobile app, you can also order PNR status, coach position, running status (live train tracking) as well as online food. The app can also be filled for refund. Along with this, on this app you can also share the experience associated with your journey as feedback.

Rail help is a very important platform for the passengers traveling in the train, where you can file a complaint for any kind of inconvenience related to your train journey. Along with this, you can directly contact with the Railways for immediate help related to security and medical. This app is not yet available to iPhone users. However, this app will take some time to be available to everyone.
