New Delhi, 21 March (IANS). Aman Gupta, co-founder and CMO, co-founder and CMO of Tech Gadgets, said that Jane Z is a very different generation. These people work not for money but for experience.
Speaking at an event in the national capital, Gupta said that Jane Z is a separate generation. They have to do the thing that the earlier generation has not done. Giving examples, he said that if you are on Instagram, they will go on Snap Chat.
He further said that this generation does not work for money, rather it needs experience. I take Jane Z on a concert in the offsome and this generation is more smart and clever than our generation as well as understand the world.
Gupta said that you cannot control them. Many times I think it is not for me, but I am working for them. We need to understand this generation and its methods, as this is the future of the country.
Additionally, Gupta said that when I started doing business, we did not get any mentor. Different businesses opened up and also jobs several times, after which the boat started, but today the time has changed a lot. There are many mentors in the country due to startup ecosystem, which can guide new traders.
Earlier, at the startup Mahakumbh held at Bharat Mandapam in Delhi on the ninth anniversary of Startup India, Gupta said that the Startup Mahakumbh is a great program. It started last year and is the second event. I have seen startup programs in Dubai, Singapore and Finland. Now India is also hosting such a program, which is a very good thing for the country. This will be more bigger and better every year and we are happy to be a part of it.
