Viacom 18’s Jio Cinema and Star India’s Disney+Hotstar has become geographist from today. After the successful merger of Viacom 18 and Star India, the new joint venture of both companies has gone live since 14 February 2025. According to a statement by the company, geiographs with about 3 lakh hours of entertainment, live streaming of sports and more than 500 million users have brought great membership plans according to the needs of different audiences. The starting price of geographist plans of Geographstar is Rs 149. The statement said that the current customers of Jio Cinema and Disney+Hotstar will be able to easily activate their current plan (subscription) in Geographstar.
