SBI Amrit Kalash: You have only a few days left to invest in SBI Amrit Kalash scheme, a special fixed deposit (FD) of State Bank of India with a tenure of 400 days. Let us tell you that you will be able to invest in this special FD scheme till September 30, 2024. After that this special FD scheme will be closed. Launched on April 12, 2023, this special FD scheme has been extended several times keeping in mind the high interest from the customers. SBI offers about 30 basis points (bps) additional interest to both general customers and senior citizens on Amrit Kalash FD scheme compared to its regular FD of 1 year to 2 years duration.
Interest Rates on SBI Amrut Kalash FD
SBI is offering 7.1% interest rate to regular customers and 7.6% interest rate to senior citizens investing in Amrit Kalash fixed deposits. For tenures of 1-2 years, SBI offers 6.8% interest rate to general customers and 7.3% interest rate to senior citizens. Apart from this, SBI also runs many other special FD schemes. 444 Days Amrit Vrishti FD Scheme
Under this special FD scheme, SBI offers 7.25% interest rate to non-senior customers and 7.75% to senior citizens. This special FD scheme will be available for investment till March 31, 2025.
SBI Green Rupee Term Deposit
This special FD scheme is available for three specific tenures of 1111, 1777 and 2222 days, which is 10 bps lower than the card rate for retail deposits.
Best Domestic Retail Term Deposits
This scheme is for FD amounts ranging from more than Rs 1 crore to less than Rs 3 crore. On this particular FD, the bank offers 30 bps above the card rate for a tenure of 1 year and 40 bps above the card rate for a tenure of 2 years. (Premature withdrawal is not allowed).
