Electricity supply has been disrupted due to fire in an electrical substation near the airport. Around 120 flights are currently in the air. They can be landed at a nearby airport. All flights visiting the airport have been canceled. According to the news, Heathro Airport said in a post on X that to maintain the safety of our passengers and colleagues, Heathro will remain closed till 23:59 pm on March 21. Also, passengers have been advised not to travel to the airport.
