New Delhi. SN Subramanian, chairman of the country’s renowned engineering and construction company Larsen & Toubro (L&T), and Infosys founder R. Narayan Murthy has also been left behind. Some time ago, Narayana Murthy had started a new debate by asking the youth to work 70 hours a week. Whereas Subramanian is advocating working for 90 hours a week. Not only this, he regrets that he is not able to make his employees work on Sundays. He says that it is better to work in the office rather than staying at home on Sunday and staring at your wife.

L&T Chairman SN Subramanian while talking to a news channel said that I also work on Sundays. He said that how long can a man stay at home and stare at his wife and how long will his wife stare at him, it is better to come to the office and work. He also called this the success mantra. He said, I would have been happy if my employees had worked even on Sundays.
Giving the example of China and America, Subramanian said that the people of China work 90 hours a week while the people of America work 50 hours a week. If you want to make it to the top, you will have to work 90 hours a week. Let us tell you that recently, Adani Group Chairperson Gautam Adani, while talking about work-life balance during an interview, had said in a funny tone that if you spend eight hours at home, your wife will run away. On the other hand, Subramanian’s statement advocating working for 90 hours is becoming quite viral on social media. Users are taking aim at this by expressing their displeasure.
