The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (Yeida) will buy 13,300 acres of land from 41 villages coming from Greater Noida to Aligarh. This purchase of land will be done directly from farmers and no third person will be involved in it. That is, the price at which Yida will buy the land of the farmers will go directly to the bank account of the farmers. According to Yida CEO Arunveer Singh, a budget of Rs 9200 crore was proposed in an important meeting held on March 28. In which a budget of Rs 5000 crore was proposed to buy land. Due to Noida International Airport being built in Jewar, all the companies from India and abroad are excited to invest in this field. There is also a plan to create a logistic hub in Aligarh ahead of Greater Noida. According to Yida, 41 villages which have a plan to buy land are included in 36 villages Greater Noida and the remaining 5 villages are from Aligarh.
Farmers will be allotted population plots within 3 months
Arunveer Singh said that the process of purchasing land from farmers will start in some time. The CEO informed that the farmers from whom the land will be purchased will be allotted the population plots within 3 months. Yida said that where the land will be allotted to the farmers, all the basic facilities will be developed within 1 year. Apart from this, the day the farmer will get the land deed, the reservation letter of the population plot will also be given to them on the same day. Let us tell you that the authority of Yida is spread in 6 districts of UP- Gautam Budh Nagar, Bulandshahr, Mathura, Aligarh, Hathras and Agra.
