New Delhi, 22 February (IANS). The MD and CEO of the National Stock Exchange (NSE), Ashish Kumar Chauhan described Mahakumbh 2025 as an exciting and a divine experience and also praised the government for superb management.
On Saturday, Chauhan drowned the Ganges, Yamuna and mythological Saraswati rivers in Prayagraj at Triveni Sangam.
Talking to the news agency IANS, the NSE MD and CEO said, “It was an exciting and divine experience. It has been possible only with the blessings of Lord Shiva, the holy submergence.”
He further praised the management done by the government in Mahakumbh and said that the management teams of Mahakumbh deserve congratulations and the entire visit to Triveni Sangam is uninterrupted.
Chauhan shared his experience of Mahakumbh on the social media handle X and said that today in the Mahakumbh of Prayagraj was the most exciting and divine experience with millions of people with millions of people in the world’s largest human gathering.
He also described Mahakumbh as the ocean of faith, devotion and spirituality.
Mahakumbh 2025 started on 13 January and will run till 26 February.
According to the Uttar Pradesh government, about 55 crore people have drowned faith in Mahakumbh. Saturday is the 41st day of Mahakumbh, only four days left in the conclusion of the grand spiritual fair.
To add lively cultural touch to the grand spiritual conference, the Uttar Pradesh Culture Department has also organized the 10th edition of international dance and music festival at Mahakumbh.
The two -day festival starting on Saturday will be held in collaboration with the Council of Cultural Relations of India (ICCR). The event will feature 127 artists including 107 international artists and seven Indian artists representing 30 countries.
