The Indian stock market has closed down on Wednesday. The Bombay Stock Exchange index Sensex today closed 0.51 per cent or 379 points to close at 73,847. While closing the market, 13 of the 30 shares of the Sensex were on the green mark and 17 shares were on the red mark. At the same time, the Nifty, the index of the National Stock Exchange, closed at 22,399 today, 0.61 per cent or 136 points. Out of 2909 shares traded on NSE, 1083 shares closed on green mark and 1747 shares closed on red mark. At the same time, 79 shares closed without any change. Today 19 shares closed on 52 weeks high. At the same time, 45 shares closed at 52 weeks. MPC, led by RBI Governor Sanjay Malhotra, has reduced the repo rate by 0.25 per cent to 6 per cent.
These shares rise
The biggest speed on NSE was 19.97 percent in Binani Industries, 11.28 percent in One Point One Solution, 10 percent in Tecil Chemicals, 10 percent in Keynote Financial and 9.99 percent in Cura Technologies.
Condition of sectoral indices
Talking about sectoral indices, all the sectors except 3 have declined. The most declined Nifty PSU Bank recorded 2.55 per cent. In addition, 2.30 per cent in Nifty IT, 0.95 per cent in Nifty Media, 1.41 per cent in Nifty Metal, 2.01 per cent in Nifty Pharma, 0.26 per cent in Nifty Private Bank, 1.97 per cent in Nifty Private Bank, 1.97 per cent in Nifty Healthcare Index, 1.09 per cent in Nifty Oil and Gas, 0.25 per cent in Nifty Mudsmall Percent, Nifty Financial Services X-Banks declined 0.99 percent, Nifty Midsmall Financial Services 0.71 percent and Nifty Midsmall IT & Telecom declined by 1.88 percent. Apart from this, Nifty Auto gained 0.10 per cent, Nifty FMCG 1.70 per cent and Nifty Consumer Durables gained 0.20 per cent.
