New Delhi, 30 June (IANS). In order to strengthen digital engagement with the youth of the country, the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports on Monday signed an MoU with the Digital India Corporation (MoU) with the Digital India Corporation under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology for the development of My India 2.0 platform in New Delhi.
This advanced national youth platform will take advantage of technology-operated solutions to empower and connect youth across the country.
The MoU was signed in the presence of Union Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports and Labor and Employment and Employment and Employment and Electronics and Information Technology, Railways and Information and Broadcasting Minister Ashwini Vaishnav.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Mandavia said, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi imagined Mai Bharat as a one-stop solution to empower the youth with direction, purpose and opportunity. There is not a digital tool, it is a movement to align young aspirations with the mission of India developed until 2047. “
The Union Minister further said, “With Mai Bharat 2.0, we are moving towards a new and adventure direction to convert better integration, intense cooperation and young aspirations into the foundation of India.”
At the same time, Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnav said, “Service, spirit of service, service is a great strength of Indian society and Mai Bharat integrates this feeling with technology. This year we are celebrating the completion of 10 years of Digital, Mai Bharat 2.0 will prove to be an important achievement. Equipping this young centenary platform with the vision of Digital India will be very beneficial.
According to the official statement of the government, communication equipment including call centers, training modules, cloud services, management information system (MIS) and email and SMS services will be installed to strengthen the backnd infrastructure of this platform.
The statement further stated that Mai Bharat 2.0 will introduce major AI-operated facilities including Smart CV Builder, Personal Digital Profile and AI-Interested Chatbot. At the same time, speech-to-text capabilities and voice-assisted navigation on the platform will further improve utility and access to all users.
The Central Government will launch a fully functional mobile app for Mai Bharat 2.0 Android and iOS users.
More than 1.76 crore youth and more than 1.19 lakh organizations are registered on Mai Bharat platform.
