Dr. Ranjit Mehta told the news agency IANS, “PM Modi himself is a leader who himself was a part of a struggle life. He has announced many big plans for the people of the country, connecting to his life experiences. He announced free toilet under Swachh Bharat Mission in his first speech from Red Fort.”
Mehta further said, “Every person in the country, understanding the need of a house, was brought to the housing scheme, under which work is going on to provide a pucca house. Also, in the times like Korona, hardly any person of India will have to sleep hungry. From free ration scheme to free ration scheme to the home, there is a scheme like Ujjwala for the stove for those who burn the stove in the house, schemes and pension for the poor for the poor.”
