Sushil Kumar Modi, Executive Director (Finance) of Macrotech Developers, told PTI that his projects have started in Bengaluru and now the company is ready to enter a new city. Asked about the Housing Market of Delhi-NCR, he said, “We are seriously considering this. We are looking for land. We like this market. We know that the NCR market has its own nuances, so we will be more careful here. ”He said that the company is discussing with the owners of the land for land acquisition and is expected to complete at least one land deal in this financial year.
