New Delhi | The National Association of Realmers India (NAR-India) successfully organized a pre-convention press conference at Chelmsford Club in New Delhi in collaboration with APP Delhi NCR. In which the 17th NAR India annual conference- Narvigate, just before 2025, the main trends related to the future of Indian Real Estate were highlighted. It is worth noting that Narvigate 2025 is to be held on 21-22 March at JW Meriat in Aerocity, New Delhi. At this power-packed conference, the legends of the industry gathered on one platform and discussed all aspects of real estate, emerging trends of investment, role of technology in change and partnerships shaping the future of real estate in India. During the program, there was a discussion between the top leaders of NAR India and APP Delhi NCR, which was conducted by Mr. Sumanth Reddy Arani, chairman of NAR India.

The theme of the conference was around the main aspects related to the real estate industry such as the development in the market, the emergence of the Indian Real Estate Market, the policies affecting the sector and updated on technical development works. Apart from this, aspects like industry standards, world-class partnerships and professional development for realters were also discussed for the moral practices of brokerage. Representatives participating in the discussion also interacted on topics such as investment trends, international expansion, increasing attraction of world -class investors in the Indian real estate sector. The theme of discussion was based on the role of modern technology and AI in real estate, as well as light on how to change transactions and brokerage services in Propopak Real Estate. Finally, ideas were also presented on the future of brokerage in the rapidly changing real etate environment.
Several important announcements were made during the press conference, such as strategic partnerships with major world -class real estate organizations to promote development in the industry. Many new initiatives and better networking opportunities were also unveiled to cooperate to the realteers through guidance on professional development programs and moral practices. All these development work gives updates on sponsorship and partnership keeping in mind the main stakeholders and developers in the industry. Apart from this, future schemes regarding real estate brokerage were also introduced, so that permanent development in the housing sector can be continued at this pace according to government policies.
