That is, the price of 1 apartment will be more than Rs 93 crore. In October last year, DLF launched a 17-acre highly luxurious residential project ‘The Dahilas’ in DLF Phase-5 in Gurugram, including 420 apartments and penthouse. The minimum size of an apartment is 10,300 square feet. According to investor presentation, DLF said in the presentation, “The remaining 27 lakh square feet will be sold. It is currently priced at around Rs 23,000 crore.”
