Mumbai, July 11 (IANS). Oswal Pumps, a company with Karnal headquarters in Haryana, released the results of the fourth quarter of FY 25. The company’s profit in the January-March period has reduced by 20.51 percent to Rs 63.90 crore on a quarterly basis, which was at Rs 80.39 crore in the previous quarter (October-December).
However, on an annual basis, the company’s profits have increased by 123.58 percent, which was Rs 28.58 crore in the March quarter of FY 24.
The company said in the stock exchange filing that the income from operations in the March quarter of FY 25 was Rs 364.63 crore, which is about 4 percent less than Rs 379.74 crore from the December quarter operations.
On an annual basis, the company’s operations have increased by 58 percent, which was Rs 230.25 crore in the March quarter of FY 24.
At the same time, the total income of the company in the March quarter of FY25 was Rs 365.57 crore, which is about 4 percent less than Rs 380.47 crore in the December quarter.

The company’s total expenditure in the March quarter of FY 25 has increased by about 2.62 percent to Rs 283.34 crore on a quarter basis, which was Rs 276.08 crore in the December quarter.
On an annual basis, the company’s spending has increased by 45 percent, which was Rs 195.22 crore in the March quarter of FY 24.
According to the company’s website, Oswal Pump Limited started in the year 2003 and works in the field of solar pumps, submersible pumps, monoblock pumps, pressure pumps, sewage pumps, electric motors, submersible winding wires and cables, and electric panels.
The IP of Oswal pumps came in June last month. The company’s IPO size was Rs 1,387.34 crore. It had a fresh issue of Rs 890 crore and an offer of 497.34 crore rupees for sale (OFS).
