PepsiCo India Holdings Private Limited had a operating income of Rs 9096.62 crore and profit was Rs 883.39 crore. PepsiCo reported to the company Registrar (ROC) that the total integrated income of PepsiCo India Holdings (including other income) was Rs 9268.04 crore in 2024. PepsiCo changed its financial year from April-March last year to January-December. In 2023, it released 9 months (from April to December) to implement the change. According to the financial data on the toffeer, the company’s operational income was Rs 5954.16 crore in 9 months ended December 2023, while the profit was Rs 217.26 crore.

The company’s snack business includes brands like crunchy, lase, dooritos and quakers etc. The company’s revenue from the drinks business was Rs 2206.96 crore. This includes other soft drinks and juices along with brands such as Pepsi, 7 up, slices, Tropicana and Getorade. PepsiCo India’s “Advertising Promotion” expenditure was Rs 772.02 crore in 2024. Apart from this, it has paid a royalty of Rs 101.84 crore to its parent company in 2024. Revenue contributed Rs 8475.37 crore to the domestic market, while exports contributed Rs 386.10 crore.
PepsiCo India completed 2024 growth target
PepsiCo India and South Asia CEO Jagrit Kotecha said the company has completed its growth target in 2024. In the last 12 months, the FMCG industry in India has shown remarkable militant ability, facing challenging external atmosphere. During this time it also saw a slowdown in urban consumption along with inflation pressure. In the first (January-March) quarter of the calendar year 2025, the multinational company with New York Headquarters recorded 11 percent revenue growth in its international business, which contributed to many markets including India.
