The company’s investors will get 1 bonus share for every 4 shares.’ Both the exchanges have approved the issue and allotment of 64,00,000 bonus equity shares in the ratio of 1:4. The board of Mindtech (India) has fixed the record date of bonus shares as 20 September 2024.
