Petrol and diesel retail prices declared by government oil companies on Friday have been reversed. Despite the fall in crude oil prices in the global market today, many cities are seeing an increase in retail oil prices. Today, oil prices have increased in many districts of UP and Bihar, while some cities are being seen to be seen. However, even today, oil prices in four major cities of the country like Delhi and Mumbai remain stable.

According to government oil companies, petrol in Uttar Pradesh’s capital Lucknow is selling 15 paise cheaper to Rs 94.58 per liter. Diesel also fell by 18 paise to Rs 87.68 per liter. Petrol rose by 10 paise to Rs 94.87 per liter in Gautam Budh Nagar district (Noida-Greater Noida) while diesel is selling by Rs 88.01 per liter. Petrol price in Bihar’s capital Patna has increased by 70 paise to 106.11 rupees and diesel prices increased by 66 paise to Rs 92.92 per liter.
Talking about crude oil, there has been a slight decline in its price in the last 24 hours. The price of Brent crude has fallen to $ 75.02 per barrel. The WTI rate has also fallen to $ 71.28 per barrel.
Prices of petrol and diesel in all four metros
– Petrol in Delhi Rs 94.72 and diesel Rs 87.62 per liter
– Petrol in Mumbai Rs 103.44 and diesel Rs 89.97 per liter
– Petrol in Chennai Rs 100.76 and diesel Rs 92.35 per liter
– Petrol in Kolkata Rs 104.95 and diesel Rs 91.76 per liter
Rates changed to these cities
– Petrol in Lucknow has been increased to Rs 94.58 and diesel is Rs 87.68 per liter.

The new rates are released daily at 6 am.
Petrol and diesel prices change at 6 am every day. The new rates will be implemented from 6 am. After adding excise, dealer commission, VAT and other things to the price of petrol and diesel, its price is almost double the original price. This is the reason that petrol and diesel prices appear so high.
