Nowadays, the trend of taking new clothes by removing old clothes around the world is increasing. Have you thought what happens to the old clothes you stop wearing? This textiles becomes waste. A lot of global research is being done in this subject. A research has revealed this, less than one percent of the textile waste is recycled in new clothes – less than one percent! India is the third country in the world where the most textile waste comes out. That is, the challenge is also very big in front of us.

There are many teams that are also working for the empowerment of our brothers and siblings. Many young companions are associated with sustainable fashion attempts. Conducts are being made from Textile Waste, many items like decorations, hand bags, stationery and toys.
PM Modi also mentioned some institutions which make clothes worth wearing it again. He said that some institutions take old clothes and make it useful to re -use and reach the poor. Friends, some cities are also making their new identity in dealing with textile waste. Haryana’s Panipat Textile West is emerging as a global hub of recycling. Bengaluru is also creating a distinct identity with new technical solutions. More than half of the textile waste is deposited here, which is also an example for our other cities.
