There is a big news related to veteran investor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala. Rakesh Jhunjhunwala has bought more shares of Tata Group company Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL). Big Bull has bought these shares of Indian Hotels in the March 2022 quarter and now his stake in the company has become more than before. At the same time, Rakesh Jhunjhunwala has reduced stake in Indian Hotels through the portfolio of his wife Rekha Jhunjhunwala. Indian Hotels is a multibagger stock and the shares of the company have given huge returns to the investors.
Rakesh Jhunjhunwala bought 14.5 lakh shares in the March quarter
The recent shareholding pattern of Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) shows that Rakesh Jhunjhunwala held 1,51,29,200 equity shares or 1.11 per cent stake in the company as of March 2022 quarter. At the same time, Rakesh Jhunjhunwala held 1,42,79,200 shares or 1.08 per cent stake in India Hotels as of the December 2021 quarter. That is, Big Bull has bought 14.5 lakh shares of India Hotels Company Limited in the January-March quarter.

The combined stake of both in Indian Hotels is now 2.12%
At the same time, Rakesh Jhunjhunwala’s wife Rekha Jhunjhunwala holds 1,42,87,765 shares or 1.01 per cent stake in Indian Hotels Company Limited as of the March 2022 quarter. Rekha Jhunjhunwala held 1.08 per cent stake in the company in the December 2021 quarter. Rakesh Jhunjhunwala and his wife Rekha Jhunjhunwala’s combined stake in Indian Hotels stood at 2.12 per cent in the March 2022 quarter. The combined stake of both in the company stood at 2.16 per cent in the December 2021 quarter. The shares of Indian Hotels Company Limited closed at the level of Rs 244.45 on the National Stock Exchange on 21st April 2022. The 52-week low level of Indian Hotels shares is Rs 90.91. At the same time, the 52-week high level is Rs 260.45.
