Science Museum: More than 7 lakh visitors came to Adi Green Energy Gallery in London in a year

New Delhi, March 26 (IANS). The ‘The Energy Revolution: Adani Green Energy Gallery’, located at the Science Museum, London, has come in the first year of starting the operation. This information was given by Adani Group company on Wednesday.

The purpose of Adani Green Energy Gallery is to discover options that are helpful in generating energy, reducing carbon emissions and fighting climate change.

The gallery sponsored by Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) and cured by Science Museum was inaugurated by Gautam Adani, President of Adani Group on 26 March last year.

“The gallery explained how the world can produce and use energy in a more permanent manner to limit climate change, so that carbon emissions can be reduced immediately to limit climate change.

Gallery hosted more than 40 curator-undertake tour for various organizations last year, including Climate Change Committee, Met Office, World Energy Council, Universe and many UK government departments.

Gallery has also won the iconic ‘2024 Brick Awards’ in the innovation category for its low carbon brick bench exhibition.

Adaani Green Energy Gallery recently updated a unique dearbonization tracker to the exhibition, which emitted how many grams of carbon dioxide (COTU) was emitted in the atmosphere for each unit supplied in each year, showing the carbon intensity of Britain’s power supply by detecting it.

It is a free gallery that “shows how ghosts, current and future take shape by human imagination and innovation and at the same time it is told how we all have to play a role in determining our energy future.”

Adani Green Energy is the company of Adani Group, which works in the renewable energy sector.
