The next day after the Haryana Baba Shri Khatu Shyam Chulakana Dham Tirtha Bill, 2025 was approved by the State Cabinet chaired by Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini, tomorrow, the Punjab and Haryana High Court issued a notice to the government, while issuing notice to the government, “Last on this issue” Instructed not to take decisions. The court listed the hearing of the case for May 19. Shri Shyam Temple Seva Samiti, Chulakana Dham had filed a petition in the court saying that the management and possession of the temple is being taken into their hands by the authorities. The court wanted that “on the date of the next hearing, a specific affidavit should also be filed by the responsible officer, in which it should be told whether the re-implementation of the road leading from GT Road to the temple has been completed or not.” The Cabinet passed the Bill for the establishment of the pilgrimage board yesterday, which aims to “provide better facilities to pilgrims and devotees and manage the assets of the pilgrimage site”.
