The company started booking for ‘Oberoi Garden City Thane’ project on October 18. This project will be manufactured and marketed in a phased manner. Giving this information to the stock market, Oberoi Realty said that in the first 3 days of the start of booking, they have recorded a total booking value of about Rs 1348 crore for 5.65 lakh square feet (carpet area). The project includes 5 star hotel
Spread over approximately 75 acres, the project will include flats with more than 30 world-class amenities, a 5-star deluxe JW Marriott Hotel Thane Garden City and an Oberoi International School. The first phase of the development will include 5 housing towers and booking for 2 towers started from October 18, 2024.
