Market closed with a big lead on Thursday
Share Market Closing 15th May, 2025: On Thursday, the Indian stock market saw tremendous fluctuations. Today, in early trade, the market was in red mark and kept trading in negative for a long time. However, when it came in the green mark around 1 pm, it maintained its boom till the end and finally closed with a big edge. On Thursday, the Sensex rose 1200.18 points (1.48%) to close at 82,530.74 points. Similarly, NSE’s Nifty 50 index also closed at 25,062.10 points with a great gain of 395.20 points (1.60%) today.
Tata Motors shares up
On Thursday, 29 out of 30 Sensex companies closed in green mark and 1 company shares fell in red mark with a decline. Similarly, today, 49 out of 50 of Nifty 50 companies closed in green mark with gains and the remaining 1 company’s shares closed in red mark with disadvantages. Whereas, a company shares closed without any fall. Today, Tata Motors, who included the Sensex companies, closed the highest 4.16 per cent and the shares of IndusInd Bank closed down by 0.16 per cent.
Big lead in HCL Tech, Adani Ports
Today, the rest of the Sensex companies to be closed in the green mark include HCL Tech (3.37 percent), Adani Ports (2.60 percent), Artnal (2.36 percent), Maruti Suzuki (2.17 percent), Reliance Industries (2.07 percent), Asian Paints (2.04 percent), ICICI Bank (1.88 percent), Altrachk CEing (1.62 percent). The names of Airtel (1.61 percent), Sunforma (1.55 percent), Tech Mahindra (1.48 percent), Mahindra & Mahindra (1.36 percent), Tata Steel (1.32 percent), Infosys (1.30 percent), Larsen & Toubro (1.22 percent), Powergrid (1.20 percent) are named.
HDFC Bank, Bajaj Finance also boom
Apart from these, today HDFC Bank shares 1.20 percent, Bajaj Finance 1.17 percent, percent, Bajaj Finserv 1.12 percent, Axis Bank 1.00 percent, State Bank of India 0.92 percent, NTPC 0.91 percent, TCS 0.89 percent, TCS 0.89 percent, Nesley India 0.81 percent, ITC 0.73 percent, Kotak Mahindra Bank 0.666 percent, Hindustan Unhirevar Nillover 0.17 percent Closed with an edge.
