Share Market Closing 11th November, 2024: The stock market opened with a big fall on the first day of the week. A lot of ups and downs were seen and in the end it closed flat. On Monday, BSE Sensex closed at 79,496.15 points with a slight gain of 9.83 points, while on the other hand, NSE Nifty 50 index closed at 24,141.30 points with a fall of 6.90 points. Let us tell you that today the stock markets opened with a big fall. Let us tell you that earlier, on Friday, the stock market had closed with a decline.

Shares of 18 Sensex companies closed in the red.

On Monday, shares of 18 out of 30 Sensex companies closed in the red and shares of the remaining 12 companies closed in the green. Shares of 30 out of 50 companies of Nifty 50 closed in the red with loss and shares of 19 companies closed in the green with profit. Whereas the shares of one company closed without any change.

A terrible fall in the shares of Asian Paints

Shares of Asian Paints, included in the Sensex companies, recorded the biggest decline of 8.18 percent today. Shares of Tata Steel closed down by 1.76 percent, Bajaj Finance by 1.73 percent, Mahindra & Mahindra by 1.65 percent, JSW Steel by 1.64 percent, NTPC by 1.32 percent, Adani Ports by 1.17 percent, Bajaj Finserv by 1.15 percent.

Apart from these, shares of Larsen & Toubro, Sun Pharma, Reliance Industries, Hindustan Unilever, Bharti Airtel, Nestle India, UltraTech Cement, ITC, Kotak Mahindra Bank and Tata Motors also closed in the red with losses.

Stormy rise in Power Grid’s shares

Shares of Power Grid closed today with the highest rise of 4.22 percent. Shares of HCL Tech 1.60 percent, Infosys 1.58 percent, Tech Mahindra 1.24 percent, TCS 1.21 percent, Maruti Suzuki 0.86 percent, ICICI Bank 0.78 percent, HDFC Bank 0.69 percent, Titan 0.64 percent, IndusInd Bank 0.64 percent, State Bank of India 0.54 percent and Axis Bank shares 0.44 Closed in the green with a percentage gain.
