Similarly, the shares of Borna Vivs on NSE also listed at a price of Rs 243 with a premium of 12.5 percent and finally a huge gain of 18.13 percent to close at a price of Rs 255.15. Let us tell you that the company had allotted shares at a price of Rs 216 under its IPO.
Borna Vivs’ IPO was closed on 22 May
The company’s market cap stood at Rs 679.72 crore on the share listing day. Let us tell you that Borna Vives had raised a total of Rs 144.89 crore from this IPO, for which the company issued a total of 67,08,000 shares, which were all fresh shares and had no part of OFS. The IPO, opened on 20 May for subscription, closed on Thursday, 22 May. This IPO of the fabric manufacturer got the investors strongly supported and this IPO was subscribed to 148.77 times.
Promoter has 65.24 percent stake of the company
The company had fixed a price band of Rs 205 to Rs 216 for each stock with a face value of Rs 10 under its IPO. According to BSE data, the promoters have 65.24 percent stake in Borna Vivs and the remaining 34.76 percent stake with investors. On the first day of the listing, traded for 2,06,075 shares of Borna Vives. However, on Wednesday, the company’s shares can see strong action.
