Suzalon, a company associated with the renewable energy sector, has received an order for supply of 162 wind turbine generators of 486 MW capacity from Torrent Power. However, the company has not given any information about the value of this order. Under this order, Suzalon Group will supply 162 S144 wind turbine generators (WTG) with 3 MW capacity hybrid latis (HLT) towers in Gujarat. Suzlon informed about this in an exchange filing on Friday. According to the company’s statement, Suzlon Group and Torrent Power Limited, along with a new 486 MW hybrid order, have gained the capacity of a GW Wind Power Generation in India.
Suzlon gets 5th order from Torrent Power
The company said that this is the fifth order received by Suzalon from Torrent Power. Suzlon Group Vice Chairman Girish Tanti said that the 10 -year -long partnership of the two companies has achieved a major achievement as a 1 GHIGATU -Joint Capacity. He said that this partnership is based on trust, innovation and vision of both companies. The two companies are using advanced technology, so that quality can generate electricity.
The company’s shares declined once again on Friday
Let us tell you that on Friday, Suzlon’s shares saw a decline. Today, the company’s shares fell by Rs 1.76 (3.24%) to close at a level of Rs 52.56. On Thursday, the company’s shares, which closed at a price of Rs 54.32, opened at the level of Rs 54.99 today, which was its intraday high.
