Mumbai, May 28 (IANS). Retail Pharmacy Chain MedPlus Health Services has reduced by 3.3 percent to Rs 1,509.6 crore on a quarterly basis in the January-March period of FY 25, which was Rs 1,561.4 crore in the December quarter.
The total income of the company has reduced by 3.08 percent to Rs 1,525.4 crore in the March quarter of FY 25.
The company said in the exchange filing that its consolidated profit in the fourth quarter of FY 25 has increased by 12.01 percent to Rs 51.3 crore on a quarterly basis, which was Rs 45.8 crore in the last quarter.
On an annual basis, the company’s profits have jumped by 53.7 percent, it was at Rs 33.5 crore in the fourth quarter of FY 24. During this period, income from operations has increased by 1.3 percent.
In the fourth quarter of FY 25, profit (PBT) has increased by 91.1 percent to Rs 61.12 crore before tax before tax.
The operating EBITDA has increased by 38.2 percent to Rs 80.33 crore in the January-March period of FY 25, which was Rs 58.13 crore in the same period a year ago. The company’s operating EBITDA has improved to 5.3 percent during the review period, which was 3.9 percent in the same period a year ago.
During the quarter, MedPlus has added 100 new stores, leading to 4,712 total stores by 31 March.
For the entire financial year 25, MedPlus has recorded a consolidated profit of Rs 150.32 crore, which shows a rapid increase of 129.6 percent as compared to financial year 24.
During this period, the company’s annual income from operating has also increased by 9.1 percent to Rs 6,136.05 crore.
The MedPlus Health Services is a pharmacy retail company in India which has both online and offline segment.
