Price of Crude Oil: For the last several months, petroleum companies in the country have been earning more than Rs 15 per liter from the consumers of Petrol and Diesel.
Crude oil in international market (Crude Oil) Prices are at their lowest level in two and a half years. Still, customers are not getting any benefit from it. Neither the petroleum companies reduced the prices, nor did the government take any action to reduce the prices.
Talks about reducing prices are in the air
It was believed that the government would reduce the prices of petrol and diesel in the assembly elections of Haryana and Jammu and Kashmir. Two phases of voting have taken place in Jammu and Kashmir.
Voting is going to happen soon in Haryana. Even after this, the prices of petrol and diesel have not been reduced yet. Earlier the possibility was being expressed that the prices of petrol and diesel would be reduced by two to three rupees per liter.
Now it is being said, the government will soon reduce the price by ₹8 to ₹10 per liter before the Maharashtra Assembly elections. All this is still up in the air.
Crude oil price has been continuously decreasing since March
Crude oil prices have been continuously decreasing since the month of March. Till now it has decreased by 12 percent. The profits of refinery companies have also increased.

Its price in March was $ 84 per barrel. The silence of the government is surprising everyone. Indian Oil, Hindustan Petroleum, Reliance and other companies are making huge profits due to falling prices of crude oil in the international market. So the rates were increased daily. But now the rates have reduced on such a large scale, yet both the government and the petroleum company have maintained silence.
Due to which resentment against the government is increasing among the general public. Due to the high prices of petrol and diesel, the prices of food items have also increased rapidly in the last several years.
The common man is suffering from inflation and tax. When the prices of crude oil have come down in the international market. Due to non-reduction in prices, anger and resentment among the common people is continuously increasing.
