Bhaskar Bhatt is a member of the highest decision-making body for the Tata Group. Along with this, he is also the chairman of Tata SIA Airlines. This company looks after the Vistara brand. It is believed that until the merger of Air India and Tata SIA is done, he can work as an advisor. Let us tell you that Jaguar Land Rover director Ralph Speth can also leave his post soon. After Bhaskar Bhatt’s departure, Chairman N Chandrasekaran and Group CFO Saurabh Agarwal may get executive representation on the board of Tata Sons. Currently, the nominees of Tata Trust on the board are Vijay Singh (76 years), Venu Srinivasan (71 years). There is no age limit to remain a nominee of Tata Sons. Independent board members include Harish Manwani, Ajay Piramal, Anita M George and Leo Puri.
According to the report, Tata Steel CEO TV Narendran and Trent Chairman Noel Tata may also get a place in the board of Tata Sons. However, permission of Tata Trust will have to be taken for their appointment. Let us tell you that Noel Tata is also a member of Tata Trust at present.
