People who use UPI from feature phones (keypad phones) are going to get great convenience. The limit for payment through feature phones is being doubled. Feature phone users will be able to pay Rs 10,000 from January 1. Currently this limit is only Rs 5000.
pension withdrawal
From January 1, it will become much easier for pensioners to withdraw their pension money. Now pensioners will be able to withdraw pension money from any bank in the country. There will be no need for any separate verification for this. Till now pensioners could withdraw money only from the branch of the bank where they have a bank account.
Big relief for farmers
From January 1, farmers will be able to take loans up to Rs 2 lakh without guarantee. The Governor of the Reserve Bank of India had announced this this month. Till now, farmers could take a loan of only Rs 1.6 lakh without guarantee.

If you are planning to buy a car in the new year, then there is bad news for you. Almost all automobile companies are increasing the prices of their vehicles by 2-3 percent from January 1, 2025.
Bharat Stage-7 will be implemented
The government is going to increase strictness against pollution from January 1. The rules of BS-7 i.e. Bharat Stage-7 will come into effect from January 1. Currently BS-6 rules are in force in the country.
