M&M -linked company Swaraj Engines LTD (SEL) has announced to give bumper dividend to its investors. The company has given a dividend of Rs 104.50 per share for FY 25, which is the highest ever. With this move, Promoter M&M, with 52.12 percent stake in this company, will get a payment of about Rs 66.16 crore. The company has also revealed a plan to increase its engine capacity to 2,40,000 units annually with an investment of Rs 220 crore.
When record date was fixed
The company has set a record date on Friday, June 27, 2025 to determine the eligible shareholders for dividend in the company. Apart from the dividend announcement, the company also approved the engine capacity expansion plan. The capacity to meet the increasing demand in the coming years will be increased from the current 1,95,000 units to 2,40,000 units per year.

SEL is a small-cap company, which has given manifold returns to its investors in the last few years. In the last three years, it has given a great return of 190.16 percent. In the last one year, this stock has gained 70.78 percent, and on a year-on-year basis, it has gained 40.11 percent. The SEL was established in 1985 and produces a diesel engine in the range of 20 hp to 65 hp.
