Now the days of work from home are about to begin in Wipro, one of the leading tech companies of India. Wipro Chief HR Saurabh Govil has shared the company’s “New Hybrid Work Policy”. Under this policy, employees will have to work from the office three days a week and will also have the option to do remote working only for specific days in a year.
According to TOI, Wipro had already announced that it was implementing a mandatory new hybrid work policy, but the details of the hybrid work policy have now been officially shared. Govil said the new policy is a “modern approach to the future of work” and is “best in class”.
