NBCC share price: The board of government company NBCC (India) Limited has approved the issuance of bonus shares to eligible shareholders in the ratio of 1:2. Under this, the company will give one bonus share for every 2. The company will use reserves of Rs 90 crore for this. NBCC told the stock market that the board has approved the issuance of bonus shares and fixing the record date.

NBCC (India) Limited said- The Board of Directors has recommended the issue of bonus shares to the shareholders of the company in the ratio of 1:2, that is, eligible members will be given one new fully paid-up equity share for every two existing shares as on the record date. The company has proposed to issue 90 crore shares as bonus shares. For this, the approval of the shareholders has to be taken in the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The board has fixed October 7, 2024 as the record date.

Talking about the stock of NBCC, it fell 4.29% to Rs 186.35 on Friday. On 28 August 2024, the stock reached the level of Rs 209.75. This is the 52-week high of the stock. Earlier in 2023, the stock was at the level of Rs 51.10. This is the 52-week low of the stock.

Final Dividend

Earlier, NBCC had announced a final dividend of Rs 0.63 per equity share of Rs 1 for the financial year 2023-24. The record date for this was fixed as September 6, 2024. Let us tell you that NBCC has sold 100 per cent of its office and retail inventory worth about Rs 14,800 crore at its World Trade Center (WTC) in Naoroji Nagar, New Delhi and Downtown in Sarojini Nagar.

Earlier on August 14, NBCC subsidiary HSCC (India) received an order worth Rs 528.21 crore from the Directorate of Medical Education and Research, Haryana. The order is for the purchase of biomedical equipment and hospital furniture.
