Eraaya Lifespaces announced on August 30 that the company has completed the payment of $151.57 million (about Rs 1273.25 crore) for the acquisition of Ebix Inc and its global subsidiaries. With this, Eraaya Lifespaces will be the holding company for Ebix Inc and all its global subsidiaries. The acquisition was completed after a successful bid in June 2024. This has been said in a report by Business Standard. Eraaya Lifespaces shares have seen a rise of 19635 percent in the last 2 years. During this period, the company’s shares have increased from Rs 8.21 to close at Rs 1620.20.
