Share Market Opening 21st February, 2025: On Friday, the Indian stock market once again started trading in a red mark with disadvantages on the last and fifth day of the week. Today the BSE Sensex opened 123.35 points to 75,612.61 points. Whereas, NSE’s Nifty 50 index opened at 22,857.20 points with a loss of 55.95 points. Let us tell you that the stock market started business in red mark on Thursday as well. Yesterday the Sensex opened by 266.34 points to 75,672.84 points and the Nifty opened at 22,821.10 with a loss of 112.80 points.

Only 9 out of 30 Sensex started business in green mark

On Friday, 9 out of 30 companies of Sensex opened in green mark with an increase, while 20 companies opened with a decline in red mark and 1 company shares opened without any change. On the other hand, the shares of 20 out of 50 of the Nifty 50 also opened in green mark and open in red mark with shares of 30 companies. Today, Jomato’s shares, one of the Sensex companies, were the highest 0.68 percent and Mahindra & Mahindra’s shares started trading with the highest decline of 1.70 percent.

Which shares show up-down

Other companies involved in the Sensex opened with Sunforma shares 0.53 percent, TCS 0.39 percent, HCL Tech 0.35 percent, Tata Steel 0.22 percent, Nestle India 0.13 percent, Infosys 0.09 percent, ITC 0.04 percent, Titan 0.01 percent. On the other hand, ICICI Bank shares 0.75 percent, UltraTech Cement 0.59 percent, Kotak Mahindra Bank 0.50 percent, Powergrid 0.38 percent, Axis Bank 0.37 percent, Reliance Industries 0.36 percent, NTPC 0.35 percent, Hindustan Unilever 0.30 percent, Tata Motors 0.28 percent, Indian State Bank 0.25 percent, Tech Mahindra started trading with a decline of 0.25 percent, Adani Ports with a decline of 0.23 percent.
