Share Market Opening 12th December, 2024: The Indian stock market started trading in the red with a decline on Thursday. Today BSE Sensex opened with a fall of 49.38 points at 81,476.76 points. While NSE’s Nifty 50 index opened with a fall of 37.35 points at 24,604.45 points. Let us tell you that on Wednesday, Sensex had opened with a gain of 58.34 points at 81,568.39 points and Nifty 50 had also opened with a gain of 10.45 points at the level of 24,620.50 points. Similarly, yesterday the market had closed with a slight gain.

Shares of more than half the companies opened in the red.

On Thursday, shares of 14 out of 30 Sensex companies opened in the green with gains and shares of the remaining 16 companies opened in the red with a decline. Similarly, shares of 17 out of 50 Nifty companies opened in the green with gains and shares of 31 companies opened in the red with losses. Whereas shares of 2 Nifty companies opened with no change.

Today, shares of JSW Steel among the Sensex companies opened with the highest gain of 0.36 percent. Apart from this, shares of IndusInd Bank 0.34 percent, Mahindra & Mahindra 0.27 percent, Infosys 0.27 percent, State Bank of India 0.26 percent, Larsen & Toubro 0.23 percent, PowerGrid 0.20 percent, Tech Mahindra 0.17 percent, TCS 0.10 percent, NTPC 0.10 percent, Bharti Airtel 0.08 percent, Shares of Adani Ports opened with gains of 0.07 percent, ICICI Bank by 0.03 percent and Tata Motors by 0.02 percent.

Stocks of these companies opened with losses

Titan shares opened today with maximum fall of 0.48 percent. Apart from this, shares of HDFC Bank 0.42 per cent, Asian Paints 0.40 per cent, Hindustan Unilever 0.38 per cent, HCL Tech 0.27 per cent, Bajaj Finance 0.26 per cent, Kotak Mahindra Bank 0.25 per cent, Maruti Suzuki 0.24 per cent, Reliance Industries 0.20 per cent, Tata Steel 0.20 per cent. , Ultratech Cement 0.15 percent, Shares of Bajaj Finserv fell by 0.08 per cent, Nestle India by 0.06 per cent, Axis Bank by 0.04 per cent, Sun Pharma by 0.04 per cent and ITC by 0.03 per cent.
