Hindonburg
American Research and Investment Company Hindanberg Research has already been announced. Now the company’s founder Nat Anderson’s response has come. He said that he did not cover the business of Hindonburg Research due to any danger or any legal reason. He still stands on all the reports released by him. Instead of deciding to cover the business of Hindenberg, the company’s reins were not selected to hand over the option to hand over the option to someone else, he said that there is no way to separate me from the brand. He said, Hindonburg is originally synonymous with me. If it was a software application or a bicycle factory, you could have sold the application or factory. But, when it is research done by me, you can’t really give it to anyone else. However, if this team wants to present a new brand, I will happily support them, which I hope they do so.
Trucks made headlines from the company
Anderson first came into the limelight due to a report against electric truck company Nikola. He also attacked companies of prominent financial personalities with Karl Ikan’s Ekan Enterprises LP. He always spent most of the last eight years in preparation for the next battle. Asked if he was adamant on the report released by Hindenberg, especially Adani Group. Anderson said, “We are fully standing with all our research conclusions.”
We remain limited to research
Asked about the reaction of regulatory bodies in India on Hindonburg report, he said, “We limit our role to research and write on issues required by transparency.” Not everything else is in our hands. He denied allegations of sharing reports with hedge funds, saying, “We have always maintained complete editorial control over all our researches.” Hindonburg was started in 2017. Its final published report was on the online car retailer Karwana earlier this year.
