Bank holiday today: Today, Saturday, 7 September, Ganesh Chaturthi or Vinayak Chaturthi is being celebrated across the country. So will the banks remain closed today due to Ganpati festival? This question will be in the minds of many people. So the answer is yes. Private and government banks are going to remain closed today in many states of the country. After this, banks will remain closed tomorrow as well due to Sunday. Today, due to Ganesh Chaturthi / Samvatsari (Chaturthi Paksha) / Varasiddha Vinayak Vrat / Vinayakar Chaturthi, banks will remain closed in Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Odisha, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Goa.

Nowadays, most of the banking work is done online. All kinds of services are available on the bank’s mobile app. But still there are many works like taking a loan, for which one has to go to the bank branch.
