BPSC 70th CCE Exam
Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has released the answer key for the Integrated 70th Combined Competitive Exam. In this answer key, the Commission has canceled 3 questions of the re-exam. Regarding this, the Commission has said that the fixed number of removed questions will be given equally to all the candidates. However, for information, let us tell you that the Commission has made it clear that it has not removed any question from the December 13 paper. Objections have been sought from the candidates on this answer key till January 16. If students have any kind of objection regarding any question then they can register their objection with correct information.
What was said in the notice?
While releasing the answer key, the Commission said that the integrated 70th Combined (Pre.) Competitive Examination was conducted peacefully and successfully on 13 December 2024 at 911 examination centers in the state. The re-exam of Bapu Examination Complex Center was also conducted peacefully and successfully on 04 January 2025 at 22 exam centres.
While releasing the interim answer key of both these papers, claims/objections have been sought from the candidates till 16 January 2025. After processing the claims/objections of the candidates by the Committee of Subject Experts on the objection received, the final Model Key will be issued as per the prescribed procedure. It was further said that in case a question is deleted, the marks prescribed for that question will be given to all the candidates.
Questions that were deleted
Question No. 13 has been removed by the Commission (Set-I-Question 13, Set-J-05, Set-K-28, Set-L-20)
The answer is that before 2000 AD, the Tropic of Cancer used to pass through Bihar, now it passes through Jharkhand. None of the options are correct hence the question was removed.
In Question No. 79 (Set-I-Question-79,Set-J-88,Set-K-93,Set-L-109)
The answer to this question is that after the separation of Uttarakhand from Uttar Pradesh, there was no snowfall in UP. None of this options is correct, hence the question has been removed.
In Question No. 91 (Set-I-Question-91,Set-J-82,Set-K-97,Set-L-08)
The answer is that no census was conducted in the year 2023, the figures released in 2023 are merely an estimate and cannot be called a census. Due to Covid, census could not be conducted in the year 2021 and now it is likely to be conducted in 2025. There is no correct option in this also, hence this question was also removed.
