JAC Board Exam Postponed: Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) has postponed the board exams of class 8th and 9th.
Let us tell you that the examination of class 8th was to be held on 28 January 2025, while the examinations of class 9th were scheduled on 29 and 30 January 2025.
JAC has decided to postpone these examinations due to “unavoidable reasons”.
Till now new dates have not been announced for the postponed examinations. About 4.77 lakh students were going to appear in this examination.
10th and 12th board exams may also be affected
It is noteworthy that JAC Chairman Dr. Anil Kumar Mahto had retired on January 18, 2025, and since then the post is vacant.
Concerns are increasing over the delay in the appointment of the chairperson, as it may impact the 10th and 12th board exams.
