Another achievement is going to be added in the name of Bihar Board Chairman Anand Kishore. The Prime Minister’s Award for Excellence in Public Administration is now going to be received for conducting board examinations on time and successfully for four consecutive years and releasing their results error free. This award will be given to him on the occasion of Civil Services Day being celebrated in Delhi on 20 and 21 April 2022.
Earlier in 2021, he was honored with the Outstanding Educational Leader Award by the Ministry of Education, Government of India. The Board President was given this honor in 2020 for continuing the corrective efforts amid the challenges arising out of the Corona epidemic and the lockdown implemented in the country and to be the first to declare the results of Inter-Matriculation Annual Examination 2020. This honor was given by Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal to the Board President in a virtual honor ceremony held on 25 March 2021.
Bihar School Examination Committee i.e. Bihar Board has made a record of releasing the board results first by releasing the board exam results in March this year also. Earlier, Bihar Board had declared the result in March 2019, 2020 and 2021 also. In 2020, where all the big and famous boards including the CBSE board were not able to conduct their annual examinations, at such a time, the Bihar Board not only conducted the examinations but also declared their results on time. Bihar Board 12th Exam 2020 Result was declared on 25 March and Bihar Board 12th Exam 2021 Result on 26 March 2021. This time the 12th results have been released on 16 March 2022.
Behind this success of the Bihar Board, the efficiency and hard work of the chairman of the committee (BSEB) Anand Kishor is being considered. Bihar Board, once known for copying and half-incomplete knowledge among students, has not only increased transparency in examinations but has also made a big increase in the result percentage.
